I have used three different businesses in Christiansburg to install flooring in my homes. This was by far my best experience. Frank did a great job doing an estimate so there were no surprises. The staff in the store were extremely helpful picking out the best flooring for my situation. Steve and Dave were exceptional during the installation. They fixed things that were beyond scope of the job, and my luxury vinyl tile looks great. I will be using Floored from now on.

We really enjoyed working with Floored. From our store visits to the installation of a new floor it was a good process. The floor installers were really thrown a curve ball when they discovered water damage and mold and other issues under our existing floor as they pulled it up (we had no idea and were horrified at the discovery). But they just told us what they had found, what they were going to do and fixed everything while still retaining an excellent standard, the new floor looks fantastic. We'd definitely go back to Floored.

We had to replace a floor due to water damage, and we ended up with a considerable upgrade that was within the amount our insurance company estimated. Floored has a large selection of flooring (we went for luxury vinyl tile). We got a reasonable estimate and the actual cost turned out to be less. The installers (David and Steve) were great to work with and did an excellent job. We could not be more pleased with the result; our kitchen looks fabulous.

I worked with Josh on new flooring for my basement area. He was great to work with, not pushy and annoying like most sales people but just informative and responsive. My basement floor was a concrete slab that was not close to level at all and he knew just the type of product to recommend for it. He even ordered special samples just for us to see so we could pick out a color we liked. The scheduling was easy and they showed up when they said they would. Installation was quick for the size of the job and was done with quality. Josh communicated with me throughout the whole process so I knew what was happening. The floor was installed about 3 months ago and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend using Floored and I will be calling them again when I replace the other floors in my house.

Excellent work and customer service. I used Floored to change the carpet in my elderly parents new house to LVP and they did a great job. They handled the FREQUENT customer service needs from my parents, including last minute changes, with total grace and professionalism. And the workmanship of the install was excellent. I actually like the LVP better than the existing hardwood in the rest of the house. I would definitely use them again for any flooring needs.

Great experience! More selection and better help than anywhere else in the area. We were looking for new floor for our bathroom and there was someone to help that could find a range of options that for what I was looking for and answer questions right away. A little more pricey than a box store but it's because they don't stick the low quality stuff. I went to Lowes, Home Depot, LL Flooring, and no one came close on selection or service, including making sure I had the transition and things I needed for install.

FLOORED recently changed out the flooring in almost my entire home, and I could not be more pleased! From the beginning, when I met the salesperson, Samantha Kelch, to the installation by Wayne and his crew, I was 100% happy. Samantha listened to my needs, and was able to point me in the right direction in terms of flooring. Wayne accommodated the little extras I asked to have his team complete. I had originally planned to visit three flooring companies, but after meeting Samantha, I was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism that I did not visit another store!
